of their distress, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and make
long-lasting changes in their lives that extend beyond immediate
symptom relief.
Wanting to make some positive behaviour changes, but finding it
difficult to stay motivated? Nat fosters a compassionate, collaborative,
client-centred approach to support clients to be active and equal
participants in their treatment goals.

(CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational
